WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY GOWN?
Brides can expect to receive gowns without custom beading 2-3 months after measurements are received. Gowns with custom beading can take up to 4 months.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY GOWN?
Because we are an atelier centered on precision, we take only digital forms of payment; credit, debit, and PayPal. All invoices will be sent by email.
HOW DO I KNOW I WILL FIT THE GOWN?
Each gown is digitally rendered on a custom avatar that mimics your body shape and dimensions. While we use this 3D fitting process to ensure extreme precision, all gowns go through a final tailoring phase at our Philadelphia atelier to ensure the archival fit is absolutely perfect.
WHEN IS THE LAST MOMENT I CAN MAKE A DESIGN CHANGE?
All design changes must be made prior to the digital pattern-making and avatar rendering process. You can spend as long as you need revising initial sketches!
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH FABRIC I WANT?
We will ship you archival samples of our premium silks and textiles during the design process!
DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLOR OPTIONS BESIDES WHITE?
Yes! We have various color options in different archival silk fabrics, curated from our premium suppliers.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL?
We request full payment prior to starting the digital pattern-making and technical fitting process.
DO I PAY A DEPOSIT?
All brides will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 before the initial sketching and archival research begins.
